Our innovative solution automates the sales tracing process and drives business results without disrupting operations.
After building software to process sales tracings to meet the complex requirements of medical device manufacturers for over a decade, Jeff Waddell saw that many manufacturers needed a self-service solution. Outsourcing was expensive and came with control and privacy issues. He found that if a team had the right tools and software, they could process tracings faster and more accurately than outsourcing or manually processing them. In 2019, ChannelTrace opened its doors and started working with manufacturers of all sizes and budgets, giving them access to real-time, trusted data.

Jeff is the lead software engineer at ChannelTrace, with over 18 years of experience building software solutions for more than 20 of the largest medical device manufacturers in the industry.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s from the University of Georgia. Before founding ChannelTrace, Jeff worked as a software developer at nFront, a pioneer in online banking, Priceline.com, and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
